Art is Hard- and remembering why you did something is harder

Updated: Jul 3, 2022

For the first time in my practice, I'm going to write a blog alongside my practice. I'm traditional when it comes to creating work- cutting, sticking and scribbling inside a black wire-bound sketchbook. It's something that I am used to, but these days im more likely to have a device with me than i am *that* specific sketchbook or notebook.

I'm not writing for any particular audience, this is just a repository for my Winnie the Pooh style ramblings -the artist's equivalent of a mathematician showing their working out. So, if you DO read this, please bear in mind, that this is likely to be a string of consciousness than a series of carefully considered sentences and artistic hypotheses!
